Whilst having copies of the offical STARGATE SG-1 RPG & associated errata (including any of the Spycraft books & supplements we may use from time to time) & understanding the rules & conceptes presented therein certainly does help when participating in this RPG; they are by no means required.
So long as you have a basic understanding of the official rules we adhere to here on this webboard - most of which are common sense & general good manners - & stick to them; the rest can be explained by more experienced board members (such as veterans, moderators & staff).
Whilst rules, common sense & general good manners are extrememly important here; at the end of the day, they are just rules, & this is just a game. We are all here to have fun, & we encourage people to be creative & enjoy themselves during their stays here : after all, what is life if it is not full of fun, laughter & good times?!?!? ;D
